Olfa 45mm Splash Rotary Cutter

OLFA 45mm quick-change rotary cutter makes changing blades easier than ever by removing the conventional washer-and-nut assembly. Simply release the blade by sliding the blade-lock on the back of the handle down and the blade immediately releases. Slide-lock also effortlessly locks the new blade onto the cutter to quickly and easily start cutting again.
