TERMS & CONDITIONS
All workshop and course payments are non-refundable.
For adult workshops and courses, change and cancellation of workshop is allowed 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, unless stated otherwise. Change and cancellation is allowed once per workshop without any charges. Subsequent changes or cancellation will be subject to a change or cancellation fee of RM40 each time.
For kids courses, change and cancellation of workshop is allowed 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, unless stated otherwise. Change and cancellation is allowed once per month without any charges. Subsequent changes or cancellation will be subject to a change or cancellation fee of RM25 each time.
Any change or cancellation request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop will result in a forfeit of the workshop hours. Exceptions are made in cases of emergencies or illness, which will be based on the sole discretion of the management.
All workshops are valid for 60 days from date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. Kids courses are valid for 4 months and adult courses are valid for 4 or 6 months depending on the total duration of hours. Extension of expiry is not allowed.
Workshops are transferable according to the terms of validity.
For students who are unable to complete their project within the allocated workshop time, students may choose to top-up additional hours for a fee. Fee is variable, depending on the project.
We have taken precautions to provide a safe environment for you and your child but ultimately, it is your responsibility and duty of care to ensure you and your loved ones' safety and well-being. As such, we will not have or accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any injury, damage or loss to you or your child in our premises.
Cash refunds are not available for purchase of any products on this website. In the case of incomplete payments for purchases or out of stock items, payment will be automatically refunded as store credit within 48 hours.
We only accept returns in the event that the product you ordered is damaged or defective. To complete your return, we first require a receipt or proof of purchase sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then send you a replacement provided we have stock available. Else, you will be given store credit equal to the value of the returned product.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Maker's Habitat, E-1-5, Block E, Plaza Damas, 60 Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
